Was SHINee's Lucifer plagiarized?

In the later half of 2010, SHINee came back with their 2nd full album with the title song Lucifer. Lucifer was well loved and won many awards, and fans were delighted to have the boys' second official album.

However, fans found out that a Serbian singer Jelena Karleusa has just released a song called "Muskarac koji mrzi zene", which sounds exactly like SHINee's Lucifer. Many are enraged and are accusing her of plagiarism. But as SM Entertainment has not made any comments about it, many fans are still unsure if this is actual plagiarism or if she has permission to use the melody.
